Nobody seems to care about privacy anymore but Lovify does. We do not share or sell any of your privacy information. All orders are packaged in normal looking shipment boxes to maintain a high level of discreetness. The only identifying labels will naturally be our warehouse address and your address. The word Lovify will not appear on the package whatsoever.
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and remote locations require Standard Shipping at a cost of $38. Dang you guys are far! No problem we got you covered! We recommend allowing 10-14 days regular shipping to these locations.

We ship nationwide across the contiguous (lower 48) states, as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
You may only ship to one address per order.
If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact Lovify Customer Service for additional information.
Taxes & Duties
Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. Sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, and will be displayed on your Order Summary page.
No additional duty charges will be applicable to shipments within the United States. Lovify only ships within the United States and does not ship to Canada.
Why didn't my order qualify for Free Shipping?
Your order may not qualify for the following reasons:
It's a special order.
Item is shipped directly from the manufacturer not Lovify.
The item is out of stock or backordered.
The item's particular qualities like its size, weight, type of material or other things disqualify it.

Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.
You can also track your order in your order history.
Sign into your account and conveniently check Order History. If you used Guest Checkout and do not have an Lovify Plus account, just click Order Tracking at the bottom of the page and fill in your information.
Click "My Orders" in your order history.
Click "Track Items" to get the tracking information for your order.

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact the Lovify Team so we can get you sorted.

Online Purchases - Return & Exchange Policy
Also, we’re excited to share that, as part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact, we have eliminated paper invoices for online orders. Your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt emails are considered your receipt now. Don’t worry we made sure to have photos and item details to accompany your receipt so it's easy to find items you want to look up for any reason. Regular Priced Merchandise
60 Day Returns
For any returns contact us. In many cases items seem to not work – but you might need assistance to operate the item. Please read the directions to ensure its not a user malfunction. For any returns contact us and we can coordinate for you.
You can return any unopened, unused and unworn items within 60 days of receiving the item and we will replace it with an item that we feel will work best for your needs.
To make a return claim you must have a Lovify account. In the backend of the account click on “Returns” and follow the steps. Create a Lovify Plus account here
Once we receive the item and verify its condition we will send you a replacement item similar in value free of charge. One of our team will contact you to ensure it works for your needs.
If you choose a lower price item we are unable to refund the difference and if you choose a higher priced item you will need to pay the difference.
Please note we can only replace a sex toy with a sex toy and not any other items such as lube or lingerie.
Lovify team reserves the sole right to any discretion regarding exchange or returns. This means the number of replacement items and timeframe in which it was requested. We keep these rules to make things fair and making sure everyone acts in a forthright manor when using our 60 day return/exchange policy.

How to Make a Return

2 – package the original unused product in protective packaging/box
3 – take the package to the post office and get a copy with the tracking number
